Camphill Academy Fellow

Plowshare is now accepting applications for Camphill Academy Community Fellowships for the 2025-26 academic year, beginning in late August. Community fellows receive fully paid tuition, health insurance, a monthly stipend, and basic living expenses are met.

Plowshare Farm, an intentional community based on the insights of Rudolf Steiner and Karl Koenig, offers a yearlong, live-in service and learning opportunity in sustainability, Anthroposophy and sharing life with others, including those with developmental disabilities. Spend a year gaining skills and insights for a lifetime!

Plowshare is seeking candidates with:
~ hearts wide enough to include others in 'home'
~ hands and feet ready for the many tasks in a sustainability-oriented community
~ and heads ripe for new learning

Plowshare is a campus of the Camphill Academy, a nationally accredited higher education institution. The first year of study in our program yields 22 fully transferable college credits and a Goetheanum-certified Foundation Studies certificate. For those who stay on, a BA option is available.
